Our ideal candidate will be a practical and creative solver of mechanical engineering problems who combines a deep understanding of engineering fundamentals with powertrain experience to accelerate projects with efficient solutions. Working semi-autonomously alongside a team of highly accomplished engineers, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the design and development of Formula 1 engine, battery and motor components and systems.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Hooper Quinn for a highly motivated and hands-on technician to establish in-house production capabilities and take an exciting new venture into low-volume production. As our Build Technician and Coordinator, you will be responsible for the setup and efficient operation of a brand-new, low volume manufacturing facility, implementing its operational processes, coordinating the build of all pre-production and production units, and overseeing all other production-related activities.

Bringing a history of successful assembly and test work, and a demonstrable commitment to quality and efficiency, the successful candidate will possess a practical mindset, exceptional teamwork skills, and a comprehensive understanding of manual assembly techniques and production workflows.
