Hooper Quinn achieves ISO 9001:2015 accreditation

Hooper Quinn is proud to announce that it has been awarded ISO 9001 certification, an internationally recognised standard that ensures it meets the needs of clients through an effective quality management system.

Following a company-wide audit of its management systems, standards and guidelines, Hooper Quinn has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 standard by Citation ISO Certification.

To achieve the ISO 9001:2015 standard, Hooper Quinn underwent a rigorous company-wide evaluation process, including QMS functionality assessments, core policy and documentation reviews, and appraisals of all other internal processes which serve to maintain quality in our professional activities.

Hooper Quinn’s decision to pursue ISO 9001:2015 accreditation speaks to our confidence in the set of systems and protocols that we have been refining since early 2022, as well as to our unwavering commitment to elevating the day-to-day experience of our clients and our team.

By meeting the requirements of this internationally recognised standard for quality management, we hope to signal to our partners and clients that Hooper Quinn aspires to set the benchmark for operational as well as technical excellence, and that trust in our organisation is both well placed and highly valued.

A note on our values

Quality represents one of our core values at Hooper Quinn, and the comprehensive policies that have come together to form our QMS are a clear reflection of this commitment. But the ISO 9001 accreditation also captures some of the other values we live by, in particular: integrity, efficiency, and responsibility.

Unlike goals, which can be ticked off and then forgotten, values like these can never be fully attained. Rather, they must always be worked towards and aspired to. It is in this deeper sense, marked by a commitment to continual improvement, that we find lasting purpose in the ISO 9001 programme.

Now, as an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, Hooper Quinn will continue to follow the requirements, specifications, guidelines and characteristics set forth by this certification.
